Through its commitment to quality products, customer satisfaction and culinary support, Kraft Foodservice (KFS) has established itself as a leader in the industry. To demonstrate its dedication to culinary excellence, KFS recently partnered with Kendall College, a highly accredited college with a world class culinary department, to establish the Kraft Culinary Centre to provide a value-added resource and business building opportunity for Kraft's loyal customers.

"Kraft Foodservice has long been recognized in the foodservice industry as an exceptional resource for culinary expertise," notes Harry Crane, Kraft Foodservice Executive Chef and Kraft Culinary Centre Manager. "By establishing a synergistic partnership with Kendall College, we're combining both groups' valuable culinary resources to further expand the culinary services our customers can utilize to build their businesses."

The Kraft Culinary Centre, which will be located at Kendall College's campus in downtown Chicago, fills a unique niche as it provides myriad opportunities to interact hands-on with KFS's expert culinary team. Fully equipped with state-of-the-art cooking equipment, the Kraft Culinary Centre allows Kraft's key customers to come and learn special cooking techniques and applications that they can utilize in their own operations.

"The Kraft Culinary Centre is an exciting extension of Kendall's vast culinary offerings and we are happy to be working with them," says Howard A. Tullman, President of Kendall College. "Undoubtedly, Kraft's customers will benefit from our dynamic partnership by taking advantage of the invaluable culinary and business building resources only this Centre will provide."

For example, Kraft Foodservice will be sponsoring a culinary session at the Kraft Culinary Centre at Kendall College in January 2005. The American Culinary Federation's President, Edward G. Leonard, CMC, AAC, will be the guest of honor and will share his expertise with Kraft Foodservice customers for use in their establishments.

According to Crane, "By having a Kraft-focused venue at a premier location such as Kendall, we now can bring industry experts such as Chef Leonard and our customers together to learn and share information on relevant culinary topics. This is just one more demonstration of Kraft Foodservice's commitment to helping the entire industry grow and gain the necessary expertise to continue to please consumers' ever-changing taste palates."
