As part of this dedication, Kraft Foodservice is a proud sponsor of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Culinary Team USA 2004, which will be participating at the upcoming 2004 Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA), held in Germany this October.
Often called the culinary “Olympics,” IKA tests the expertise of chefs from around the world and is considered the world's oldest and largest international culinary competition of its kind. Representing some of the best chefs in the nation, the ACF Culinary Team USA is comprised of six chefs who will travel to Germany to test their culinary mastery as they compete for the chance to win “the gold.”
“Kraft Foodservice is honored to sponsor the team that recently won a gold medal at the American Culinary Classic, another one of the world’s most important international culinary competitions,” said Harry Crane, Kraft Foodservice Executive Chef and Kraft Culinary Centre Manager. “We believe this team embodies the uniqueness and diversity of the culinary field and exemplifies the rewards of good education, support from the industry and teamwork and we will be cheering them on at the upcoming culinary Olympic event.”
