To recognize the Chefs of Grey Poupon for their culinary achievements, a reception was held in their honor at The Chopping Block in Chicago, Ill., on Monday, April 21, 2008. In attendance were key members of Chicago’s culinary industry as well as Kraft Foodservice professionals. At the event, attendees had the opportunity to interact with the chefs of honor and sample their innovative creations featuring Grey Poupon. There was also a student culinary competition featuring students from the renowned culinary schools Kendall College, Johnson & Wales and The Culinary Institute of America. The student who had the best original recipe highlighting Grey Poupon, David Reyes was chosen by the 2008 Chefs of Grey Poupon and was awarded a $20,000 scholarship.
