David Reyes with Dave Wilcox of Kraft Foodservice

 

The winner of the 2008 Chefs of Grey Poupon Student Culinary Competition,
David Reyes, was selected by the three 2008 Chefs of Grey Poupon, and received a
$20,000 student scholarship. Student dishes were judged on the following criteria:
taste, use of product, creativity, appearance and kitchen organization.

Reyes is a native of Chicago. His passion for cooking brought him to Kendall College after a brief career as a paramedic and an enlistment in the United States Army.
