Balancing Health Appeal & Flavor

Joshua Linton

Executive Chef - Aja, Dana Hotel & Spa Chicago

Nearly half of consumers say they’ve been choosing more healthful options when they eat away from home.1 But, better-for-you items still need to taste great and satisfy hunger to connect with customers. For that reason, top chefs like Joshua Linton turn to Grey Poupon.

"Grey Poupon is great because it adds high acid, a little heat and a full-bodied, round depth without adding fat, carbs or a lot of calories," says Joshua. "Plus, it’s a very concentrated ingredient so you don’t have to use much of it." At Aja, Joshua always keeps his favorite Dijon on hand to add new, twists to traditional Asian cuisine.
