Avocado Hummus Spread
Yield: 1 gal. or 64 servings, 1/4 cup spread and 5 crackers each

 chickpeas (garbanzo beans)    2 lb. + 12 oz.    2 qt.
 avocados, peeled, pitted    4 lb.    8 each
 PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened    1 lb. + 8 oz.    -
 goat cheese    1 lb.    -
 yellow or white onions, chopped    12 oz.    2-2/3 cups
 fresh lime juice    8 oz.    1 cup
 garlic cloves, minced    -    16 each
 habanero hot pepper sauce    1 oz.    2 Tbsp.
 fresh parsley, chopped    -    2-1/2 Tbsp.
 cilantro, chopped    -    2-1/2 Tbsp.
 ground cumin    -    4 tsp.
 green onions, sliced    4 oz.    1 cup
 RITZ Crackers    2 lb. + 4 oz.    -
PLACE all ingredients except green onions in food processor; cover. Process until well blended.
SPOON into serving bowl. Stir in green onions.
SERVE with the crackers.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Special Extra
Garnish with additional chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
