Variation - Raspberry Truffles
Prepare cream cheese mixture as directed. Stir in 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves (or 1/3 cup preserves for trial recipe). Roll into balls as directed; place in parchment-lined sheet pans. Refrigerate 20 min. before dipping into melted chocolate and continuing as directed.
Special Extra
Prepare truffles as directed. Drizzle with melted white chocolate, or sprinkle with additional OREO Pieces, finely chopped nuts or colored sprinkles before refrigerating as directed.
