Smoked Salmon Appetizer with Chive Cream Cheese Spread

 PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened    2 lb.    -
 sour cream    1 lb.    2 cups
 whipping cream    4 oz.    1/2 cup
 fresh chives, chopped    -    1/4 cup
 lemon zest    -    4 tsp.
 fresh lemon juice    -    4 tsp.
 green onions, minced    -    4 tsp.
 mixed beet and yam vegetable chips    6 oz.    56 each
 ground black pepper    -    2-1/2 Tbsp.
 smoked salmon, thinly sliced, cut into 4x1-inch strips)    1 lb. + 2 oz.    -
BEAT cream cheese until creamy. Blend in sour cream, whipping cream, chives, zest, lemon juice and onions.
SPOON about 1/2 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture onto each vegetable chip.
SPRINKLE pepper onto small plate. Dip one edge of each salmon strip in pepper; roll up loosely like a rose. Place 1 on each chip.
Substitute
Substitute NABISCO Entertainment Crackers for the vegetable chips.
Special Extra
Garnish with additional minced chives.
