Spicy Torta Burger

 80% lean ground beef patties (6 oz. each)    9 lb.    24 each
 adobo seasoning    -    to taste
 Pepper Jack cheese slices (1 oz. each)    1 lb. + 8 oz.    24 slices
 kaiser rolls, split, toasted    4 lb. + 8 oz.    24 each
 A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided    1 lb. + 8 oz.    3 cups
 canned refried beans    1 lb. + 8 oz.    3 cups
 iceberg lettuce, shredded    12 oz.    1-1/2 qt.
 tomatoes, small dice    12 oz.    1-1/2 cups
 yellow onions, small dice    4 oz.    1 cup
 KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise    12 oz.    1-1/2 cups
 hot pepper sauce    4 oz.    1/2 cup
 fresh cilantro, chopped    2 oz.    1-1/2 cups
FOR each serving: Season 1 beef patty with adobo seasoning. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or to medium (160ºF), or desired doneness. Top with 1 cheese slice. Grill 30 sec. or until cheese begins to melt.
SPREAD bottom half of roll with 1 Tbsp. of the steak sauce and 2 Tbsp. beans; cover with 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 Tbsp. tomatoes, 2 tsp. onions, 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. hot sauce. Top with 1 Tbsp. cilantro, cheeseburger, 1 Tbsp. of the remaining steak sauce and top of roll.
Special Extra
Add 3 thin avocado slices (1 oz.) to burger build. Serve with pico de gallo on the side.
