BLT Salad
Yield: 48 servings, 4 oz. each
Ingredients   Weights   Measures
 Italian bread loaves (1 lb.), cut lengthwise in half    3 lb.    3 loaves
 olive oil    6 oz.    3/4 cup
 romaine lettuce, chopped    3 lb.    1-1/2 gal.
 tomatoes, seeded, chopped    3 lb.    3 qt.
 OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces    1 lb. + 8 oz.    1-1/2 qt.
 MIRACLE WHIP Dressing    1 lb. + 8 oz.    3 cups
 Cajun seasoning    1-1/2 oz.    1/2 cup
BRUSH cut sides of bread loaves with oil. Grill or bake until lightly toasted on both sides. Cut into 1-inch cubes; place in large bowl.
ADD remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 2 hours or until chilled.
Creative Leftovers
This is a great way to use leftover bread.
Make Ahead
Toasted bread cubes can be made ahead of time. Just prepare as directed, then cover loosely and store at room temperature up to 24 hours.
