Carrot Cake Spread

 PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened    3 lb.    1-1/2 qt.
 honey    12 oz.    1-1/2 cups
 carrots, shredded    12 oz.    3 cups
 raisins    9 oz.    1-1/2 cups
 ground cinnamon    -    1-1/2 tsp.
 ground nutmeg    -    1 tsp.
PLACE cream cheese and honey in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Beat on low speed until well blended.
ADD remaining ingredients; mix well.
REFRIGERATE several hours. Use as a spread on bagels, French toast, pancakes and waffles.

Spread can be stored in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 4 days.
