Bistro Style Croissant

 GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard or Country Dijon Mustard    1 lb. + 8 oz.    3 cups
 KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing    1 lb. + 8 oz.    3 cups
 croissants, split    -    48 each
 lettuce leaves    1 lb. + 8 oz.    48 each
 KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice    3 lb.    96 slices
 OSCAR MAYER Ham Stacks Water Added 1/2 oz. Slice    6 lb.    192 slices
 LOUIS RICH Turkey Stacks Oven Roasted 1/2 oz. Slice    3 lb.    96 slices
 Canned roasted red pepper strips, drained    3 lb.    3 qt.
MIX mustard and dressing with wire whisk until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
FOR each serving: Spread each cut side of croissant with 1 Tbsp. of the mustard mixture. Place 1 lettuce leaf, 2 process cheese slices, 4 ham slices, 2 turkey slices and 2 pepper strips on bottom half of croissant; cover with top half of croissant.
TIP
Sandwiches can be prepared up to 4 hours ahead; wrap tightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
