Layered Roast Beef Salad

 KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing, Spoonable    4 lb. + 12 oz.    2-1/2 qt.
 KRAFT Horseradish Sauce    5 oz.    1 cup
 mixed salad greens    6 lb. + 4 oz.    8 gal.
 mushroom slices    1 lb. + 8 oz.    3 qt.
 red onions, slivered    1 lb. + 8 oz.    1-1/2 qt.
 cucumbers, sliced, halved    4 lb. + 12 oz.    3 qt.
 cherry tomatoes, halved    6 lb. + 4 oz.    1 gal.
 sliced roast beef, cut in 1/4-inch-wide strips    9 lb. + 4 oz.    1-1/2 gal.
MIX dressing and horseradish.
FOR each serving Place 2-1/2 cups greens on serving plate. Top with layers of 1/4 cup mushrooms, 2 Tbsp. onions, 1/4 cup cucumbers, 1/3 cup tomatoes and 1/2 cup roast beef.
DRIZZLE salad with 3 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture or pour dressing mixture into small pitcher and serve on the side.
TIP
Substitute tomato wedges for cherry tomatoes.
