Greek Olive and Onion Spread
Yield: 1-1/4 qt. or 40 servings, 1 oz. each

 olive oil    8 oz.    1 cup
 sour cream    8 oz.    1 cup
 lemon juice    2 oz.    1/4 cup
 garlic cloves, peeled    -    2 each
 DURKEE Hot Sauce    -    1/2 tsp.
 feta cheese, crumbled    1 lb.    -
 PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened    8 oz.    -
 pitted kalamata olives, minced    3 oz.    1/3 cup
 green onions, minced    1 oz.    1/4 cup
 fresh parsley, chopped    -    1 Tbsp.
 NABISCO Entertainment Crackers    -    -
PLACE oil, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce in food processor; cover. Process 30 sec. or until garlic is pureed and mixture is well blended.
ADD cheeses; cover. Process until well blended. Transfer to bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
REFRIGERATE several hours. Serve with the crackers.
