ESTABLISHMENTS EXCLUDING FRANCHISE OPERATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: Begins at 12:00 am ET on September 10, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 30, 2012. THERE ARE TWO ENTRY CATEGORIES: A.) For Kraft Works New Members: You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable sweepstakes drawing when you register for Kraft Works online at www.kraftfoodservice.com/wfcpromo during the Promotion Period and agree to receive the Kraft Works emails. Or B.) For Kraft Works Existing Members: You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable sweepstakes drawing when you sign in at www.kraftfoodservice.com/wfcpromo during the Promotion Period. Be sure to update your profile after signing in. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one entry per person will void all entries and result in disqualification.

2. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random drawings will be held on or about October 1, 2012 from all eligible entries received from each Entry Category to award one prize per Entry Category. Drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization. Odds of winning any drawing depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Winners will be notified by phone or mail. Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery or prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected. 3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVs): Two (2) Grand Prizes (1 per Entry Category): Trip for two to the World Food Championships in Las Vegas, NV from November 1, 2012 to November 4, 2012. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air travel for two (winner and a guest) from major airport nearest winner's residence to Las Vegas, NV; 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy); roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel; two Very Important Foodie "VIF" passes for access to the competition areas, nightly VIP events and The Final Table Event on November 4, 2012; and $500 in spending money. ARV: $4,000. Total value of all prizes is $8,000. Actual value may vary depending on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Prizes will be awarded to the establishment designated on the entry registration. Winner and guest must be 21 years of age or older and available to travel on the same itinerary from November 1, 2012 to November 4, 2012 or prize will automatically be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Void where prohibited by law or owner/operator policy. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use designated winner's name, establishment name, likeness, and biographical information for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. ESTABLISHMENTS EXCLUDING FRANCHISE OPERATIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

1. TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00 am ET on September 10, 2012 through 11:59 pm ET on September 30, 2012 ("Entry Period"), email your entry of an original signature recipe to kraft.works@kraftfoods.com. Entry must include the following components: 1.) an original recipe for a signature dish – must be an original dish created by the establishment entering it, but may be a dish that has been or currently is being featured on the menu, 2.) a Recipe Title, and 3.) entry must designate the Entry Category recipe is being entered into from any one of the following: Burger, Sandwich or Side Dish. Recipes must include a list of all ingredients and their measurements, instructions for making the recipe, preparation and cooking time, and number of servings. Submission of any Entry (together recipe and title) further constitutes the entrant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor all right, title and interest in the Entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights. There is no limit to the number of entries an establishment may submit; however, all entries submitted must be different. Each Entry submitted must meet all entry requirements. Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Entries that are found to be copies of other entries previously submitted in the Contest or content plagiarized from other websites and/or publications will be void and will result in disqualification.

2. JUDGING: There will be two Judging Phases: Phase 1: All eligible entries will be judged based on the following criteria: Appetite Appeal (33%), Menu Versatility (34%), and Originality (33%). Phase 2: The top highest scoring entries from each Entry Category from Phase 1 will be judged based on the following criteria: Flavor (34%), Menu Versatility (33%), and Originality (33%). The highest scoring entry in each Entry Category at the conclusion of Phase 2 Judging will be the Grand Prize winners. In the event of a tie during judging, tied entries will be re-evaluated on the following criteria: Phase 1: Appetite Appeal and Phase 2: Flavor. All prizes awards are subject to verification.

3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVs): Three (3) Grand Prizes (one per Entry Category): Trip for one chef (designated by owner/operator from the winning establishment) to the World Food Championships in Las Vegas, NV from November 1, 2012 to November 4, 2012 and the opportunity for chef to compete in the World Food Championships on November 2 - 4, 2012 for a chance to win a cash prize. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air travel for chef from major airport nearest chef's residence to Las Vegas, NV; 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations; roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel; and the opportunity to compete at the World Food Championships for the chance to win a cash prize (there will be a cash prize available in the first competition and an additional cash prize available in the Final Table competition if Chef advances to this competition). At the World Food Championships chef will need to initially compete in the same Entry Category he/she won in for this contest. The seven winners from each of the category specific competitions at the World Food Championships will then advance to compete at The Final Table competition for a chance to win a cash prize. Complete details regarding the competition will be provided to the chefs prior to the World Food Championships competition. In the event a chef wins a cash prize in any of the Las Vegas competitions, the cash prize will be awarded to the chef who participated (not to the winning establishment). Chef designated must be 21 years of age or older and available to travel on November 1, 2012 to November 4, 2012 or prize will automatically be forfeited and awarded to an alternate chef at the winning establishment. All taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes awarded in this contest are the sole responsibility of the winning establishment. RIGHTS IN SUBMISSIONS: In consideration of entrant's submission being reviewed and evaluated for this Contest, each entrant hereby grants to the Sponsor a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, universal license to use, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publish, edit, delete or display such submission (recipe/title), or any portion thereof, in any media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to, all forms of television and all forms of internet and wireless protocol without any further right of approval. Each Entrant authorizes the Sponsor and any entities affiliated or in privity with the Sponsor, to utilize, for eternity and in any manner they see fit, the submission submitted to Sponsor and to make derivative works from such material. Each entrant agrees that the results and proceeds of such use shall become the property of Sponsor and/or Sponsor's licensees, and shall be freely assignable by Sponsor and that the Contest Entities and their assignees and licensees shall have no obligations whatsoever to entrant. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. Each Entrant releases the Contest Entities, and their assignees and licensees, from any and all claims or liability (now known or hereafter arising), including but not limited to any claims for defense and/or indemnity, in connection therewith.
