BASTING Sauce: Whisk ingredients until well blended; set aside.
A.1. Mayo: Whisk ingredients until well blended; set aside.
NAPA Slaw: Combine cabbage, carrots and peppers. Add 1/2 cup A.1. Mayo (or 2 Tbsp. for trial recipe); toss to coat.
FOR each serving: Grill 1 burger patty on one side; turn over. Brush with 1 Tbsp. Basting Sauce. Turn over and brush with an additional 1 Tbsp. Basting Sauce. Cook to desired doneness.
SPREAD about 1 Tbsp. A.1. Mayo on bottom half of bun. Cover with prepared burger, 1/4 cup Napa Slaw and top half of bun.
