ground pork 2 lb. + 10 oz. -
A.1. Original Sauce 4.5 oz. 1/2 cup
soy sauce 2.7 oz. 1/3 cup
sesame-ginger sauce 1.3 oz. 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp.
gingerroot, grated - 2 tsp.
Basting Sauce
A.1. Original Sauce 11.2 oz. 1-1/4 cups
sesame-ginger sauce 6 oz. 3/4 cup
A.1 Mayo
A.1. Original Sauce 9 oz. 1 cup
KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise 2 oz. 1/4 cup
sesame-ginger sauce 2 oz. 1/4 cup
wasabi paste - 1 tsp.
Napa Slaw
napa cabbage, shredded 10 oz. 1 qt.
carrots, shredded 4 oz. 1 cup
red bell peppers, julienned 4 oz. 1 cup
Hawaiian sandwich buns 2 lb. + 11.2 oz. 16 each

Directions

BURGERS:
COMBINE ingredients. Shape into 1/3-lb. patties.

BASTING Sauce: Whisk ingredients until well blended; set aside.

A.1. Mayo: Whisk ingredients until well blended; set aside.

NAPA Slaw: Combine cabbage, carrots and peppers. Add 1/2 cup A.1. Mayo (or 2 Tbsp. for trial recipe); toss to coat.

FOR each serving: Grill 1 burger patty on one side; turn over. Brush with 1 Tbsp. Basting Sauce. Turn over and brush with an additional 1 Tbsp. Basting Sauce. Cook to desired doneness.

SPREAD about 1 Tbsp. A.1. Mayo on bottom half of bun. Cover with prepared burger, 1/4 cup Napa Slaw and top half of bun.
