Ingredients

hot water (140°F to 160°F) 192 fl oz 1-1/2 gal.
JELL-O Brand Assorted Red Sugar Free Gelatin 4.2 oz. 1-1/2 pkg.
fresh strawberries, sliced 3-3/4 lb. 3 qt.
fresh blueberries 3 lb. 3 qt.
prepared sugar-free whipped topping 1-1/2 lb. 3 qt.

Directions

ADD hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.

POUR 1/2 cup gelatin into each of 48 (8-oz.) parfait glasses (or into each of 8 parfait glasses for trial recipe). Refrigerate until firm.

COMBINE fruit. Pipe about 1/4 cup whipped topping over gelatin in each glass; top with 1/2 cup fruit.
