PORTION 2.5 oz. cake batter into each of 24 cupcake liners (or 12 cupcake liners for trial recipe). Spoon 2 tsp. apples and 1 tsp. DELIGHTS into center of each cupcake.
BAKE in 350ºF standard oven 25 min. or until done. Cool completely.
SPOON remaining DELIGHTS into pastry bag fitted with star tip. Pipe rosettes, about 1 Tbsp. each, onto each cupcake. Top each with 2 tsp. of the remaining apples.
