Apple Raspberry Salad

48 servings, 1/2 cup each

Ingredients

Ingredients Weights Measures
plain nonfat yogurt 1 lb. 2 cups
KRAFT FREE Raspberry Vinaigrette Fat Free Dressing 1 lb. 2 cups
red apples, coarsely chopped 5 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/4 gal.
fresh raspberries 1 lb. + 8 oz. 1 qt.
celery, chopped 8 oz. 2 cups
walnut pieces 6 oz. 1 cup

Directions

MIX yogurt and dressing until well blended.

POUR over combined remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly. Cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

TIP
Add 2 cups raisins (or 1/4 cup for the trial recipe).
For a more tart salad, prepare as directed using Granny Smith apples.
