Asian Barbecue Pizza, 7-inch

Pre-baked pizza crusts ( 7 inch) - 12 each
oil 2-1/2 oz. 3 Tbsp.
OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce 2 lb. 3 cups
soy sauce 2 oz. 1/4 cup
cooked pork shoulder, shredded 1 lb. 1 qt.
shredded mozzarella cheese 1 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
carrots, shredded 6 oz. 2 cups
PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts 6 oz. 1 cup
green onions, sliced 2 oz. 1/2 cup
chopped cilantro 1 oz. 1/2 cup

Directions

BRUSH pizza crusts with oil. Mix barbecue sauce and soy sauce; spread evenly over crusts. Top with meat.

TOSS cheese, carrots and peanuts in large bowl; sprinkle over meat. Place crusts on sheet pans.

BAKE in 375°F-convection oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges of crusts are golden brown.

SPRINKLE with green onions and cilantro. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges to serve.

TIP
If baking pizzas in conventional oven, bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges of crusts are golden brown.
For a crisper crust, preheat inverted half sheet pans in oven. Place prepared crusts on heated pans and bake as directed.
Pizza baking time may vary depending on type of pizza crust used.
