Ingredients

capellini, cooked, drained 6 lb. + 12 oz. 3 qt.
boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, thinly sliced 6 lb. 3 qt.
carrots, thinly sliced 3 lb. 3 qt.
mushrooms, sliced 1 lb. + 14 oz. 3 qt.
Mung bean sprouts 2 lb. + 4 oz. 3 qt.
red peppers, finely chopped 1 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
KRAFT Oriental Sesame Dressing 3 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
green onions, sliced 3 oz. 1-1/2 cups

Directions

TOSS all ingredients except dressing and onions in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly.

FOR EACH SERVING: Place 3 cups of the pasta mixture on serving plate. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. of the green onions.

For a salad with a stronger Asian flavor, prepare as directed substituting udon noodles for the cappellini.
