Ingredients Weights Measures
KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise 4 lb. 2 qt.
GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard 3 lb. + 8 oz. 1-3/4 qt.
rice wine vinegar 1 lb. + 5 oz. 2-2/3 cups
Dark sesame oil 5 oz. 2/3 cup
ground ginger - 3 Tbsp.


MIX all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Serve as dipping sauce for fried chicken tenders, as a dressing for salad greens or as a condiment for ham sandwiches and wraps.
For a sharper flavor, substitute grated peeled ginger for ground ginger.
Sauce can be stored, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days.
