Ingredients Weights Measures
PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened 1.5 lb. -
fully ripe avocados, pureed 1 lb. 2 cups
lime juice 4 fl oz 1/2 cup
canned black beans, rinsed, lightly pureed 1.5 lb. 3 cups
jalapeño peppers, seeded, diced 4 oz. 4 each
cooked quinoa 1.5 lb. 3 cups
KRAFT Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette 8 fl oz 1 cup
diced tomatoes, divided 1 lb. 3 cups
deep-fried tortilla strips - 12 each


PROCESS cream cheese, avocados and lime juice in food processor until smooth.

MIX beans and peppers.

COMBINE quinoa and dressing.

FOR each serving: Place 3 Tbsp. tomatoes in 12-oz. parfait glass; cover with layers of 1/4 cup each cream cheese mixture, bean mixture, and quinoa mixture. Top with 3 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture, 1 Tbsp. tomatoes and a tortilla strip.

Make Ahead
Assemble parfaits as directed but do not top with the tortilla strips. Refrigerate up to 2 hours. Garnish each parfait with a tortilla strip just before serving.
