everything bagels, split 4 lb. 16 each
lox (smoked salmon), thinly sliced 2 lb. 48 slices
Pickled Cucumbers 8 oz. 96 slices
Pickled Red Onions 8 oz. 48 slices

Directions

FOR each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp. Dill Cream Cheese evenly onto cut sides of 1 bagel. Place 3 slices lox, 6 slices Pickled Cucumber and 3 slices Pickled Red Onion on bottom half of bagel; cover with top of bagel.
