Baked Macaroni & Cheese with Lobster & Buttery Crumbs

Ingredients Weights Measures
KRAFT Frozen Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (10-oz. pouch) 7-1/2 lb. 12 each
lobster meat, cooked, d diced 3 lb. -
shredded white cheddar cheese 15 oz. 1 qt.
truffle oil - 1-1/2 tsp.
crushed butter crackers 6-1/4 oz. 2-1/4 cups
panko bread crumbs 3 oz. 1-1/2 cups
butter, melted 6 oz. 3/4 cup


FOR each serving: Heat 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package; place in medium bowl.

ADD 4 oz. lobster, 1-1/4 oz. shredded cheese and 1/8 tsp. truffle oil; mix lightly. Spoon into buttered ovenproof gratin dish.

MIX 3 Tbsp. cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs and 1 Tbsp. butter; sprinkle over macaroni and cheese mixture.

BAKE in 325ºF convection oven 10 to 12 min. or until macaroni mixture is heated through and crumb topping is golden brown.
