all-purpose flour 9 oz. 2 cups
butter, melted 2 oz. 1/4 cup
eggs, beaten 6.8 oz. 4 each
whole milk 8 oz. 1 cup
water 8 oz. 1 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp.
Filling
PHILADELPHIA DELIGHTS Dark Chocolate 10 oz. 1 cup
medium bananas, peeled, sliced 1/4-inch on the bias 1 lb. 4 each

Directions

FOR Crepes: Mix ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Let rest at least 1 hour.

HEAT a lightly oiled 8-inch non-stick pan on medium heat. Ladle 1/4 cup batter into pan, tilting to evenly coat the bottom of the pan. Cook 2 min. or until bottom of crepe is lightly browned. Loosen edge with a spatula; turn crepe over. Cook 2 min. or until lightly browned on second side. Repeat with remaining batter; keep warm.

FOR each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp. DELIGHTS onto 1 crepe. Top with about 6 banana slices. Roll or fold into desired shape.
