FOR Crepes: Mix ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Let rest at least 1 hour.
HEAT a lightly oiled 8-inch non-stick pan on medium heat. Ladle 1/4 cup batter into pan, tilting to evenly coat the bottom of the pan. Cook 2 min. or until bottom of crepe is lightly browned. Loosen edge with a spatula; turn crepe over. Cook 2 min. or until lightly browned on second side. Repeat with remaining batter; keep warm.
FOR each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp. DELIGHTS onto 1 crepe. Top with about 6 banana slices. Roll or fold into desired shape.
