plum tomatoes, cut into 1/2-thick slices 1 lb. 48 slices
fresh ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed 6 lb. 16 each
ground beef patties (5 oz.) 5 lb. 16 each
OPEN PIT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce 20 fl oz 2 cups
Texas toast white sandwich bread, toasted 2 lb. 32 slices
banana peppers, stems removed, cut in half, seeded and grilled 8 oz. 16 each
jalapeno jack cheese slices (1 oz.) 2 lb. 32 each
iceberg lettuce, shredded 5 oz. 2 cups


PLACE tomatoes in single layer on bottom of parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake in 400ºF convection oven 20 min. or until lightly charred.

MEANWHILE, grill corn on high heat 12 min. or until tender and lightly charred on all sides, turning occasionally.

FOR each serving: Grill 1 ground beef patty to medium (160ºF), or desired doneness. Brush with 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce. Place on 1 toast slice; top with 3 roasted tomato slices, 1 pepper, 2 cheese slices and 2 Tbsp. lettuce. Cover with second toast slice. Serve with 1 ear of grilled corn.
