Ingredients Weights Measures
KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce 80 fl oz 1/2 gal.
KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce 80 fl oz 1/2 gal.
guava juice 4 fl oz 1/2 cup
lime juice 4 fl oz 1/2 cup
curry powder - 1 Tbsp.
salmon fillets (1/2 lb.) 16 lb. 32 each


COOK barbecue sauces, juices and curry powder in saucepan on medium heat until heated through. (Do not exceed 160ºF.) Cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.

PLACE fish in greased or parchment-lined full-sheet pans (or in greased half-sheet pan for trial recipe). Brush each fillet with 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture.

BAKE in 350ºF standard oven 18 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
