BBQ Adobo Pork Tacos

Ingredients

canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 10 oz. 1 cup
OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce 2.5 lb. 1 qt.
boneless pork shoulder, cooked, pulled 6 lb. 3 qt.
corn tortillas (6 inch) - 32 each
crispy onion straws 4 oz. 2 cups
fresh lime wedges - 32 each

Directions

BLEND peppers and barbecue sauce in food processor until smooth; pour into bowl. Add pork; toss until coated. Transfer to saute pan; cook on low heat until heated through.

FOR each serving: Grill 2 tortillas. Fill each with about 1/3 cup pork mixture and 1 Tbsp. onions. Serve with 2 lime wedges.
