Ingredients

Grilled chicken breast strips 9 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/2 gal.
BULL'S-EYE Honey Smoke Barbecue Sauce 4 lb. 1-1/2 gal.
Red and green pepper strips 3 lb. 3 qt.
KRAFT Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slice 4 lb. + 12 oz. 100 slices
flour tortillas (12 inch) - 50 each

Directions

TOSS chicken strips with barbecue sauce and peppers.

FOR each serving: Place 2 Singles in center of 1 tortilla; top with 3/4 cup (5 oz.) of the chicken mixture.

FOLD sides of tortilla in from center; roll up tightly from bottom. Wrap in paper wrap. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
