savoy cabbage, shredded 8 oz. 1 qt.
red cabbage, shredded 8 oz. 1 qt.
carrots, shredded 1 lb. 1 qt.
OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce 20 fl oz 2 cups
Burger Assembly
ground beef patties (5 oz.) 5 lb. 16 each
pretzel sandwich rolls, split, toasted 4 lb. 16 each
OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak, cooked 1.5 lb. 32 slices
Muenster cheese slices (1 oz.) 1 lb. 16 each

Directions

BBQ Coleslaw: Combine ingredients. Refrigerate at least 20 min.

FOR each serving: Grill 1 ground beef patty to medium (160ºF), or desired doneness. Place on bottom half of roll; top with 2 bacon slices, 1 cheese slice and 3/4 cup BBQ Coleslaw. Cover with top of roll.
