OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce 2 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/4 qt.
OSCAR MAYER Ham Shaved Water Added Honey Natural Shape 17 lb. + 8 oz. -
kaiser rolls (4 inch), split 11 lb. + 4 oz. 80 rolls
Quick Slaw for Sandwiches 8 lb. + 2 oz. gal.


BRING barbecue sauce to boil in large saucepan, stirring occasionally.

ADD ham; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally to evenly coat ham slices with barbecue sauce.

FOR each serving: Spoon 4-oz. portions of ham mixture onto bottom half of roll; cover with 1-1/2 oz. Quick Slaw for Sandwiches and top of roll. Serve immediately.
