RED Onion & Coffee-BBQ Sauce: Cook ingredients in saucepan 15 min., stirring occasionally.
RIBS & Vegetables: Melt butter in medium saute pan. Add potatoes; cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Grill onion halves on medium heat until golden brown, turning occasionally to form diamond grill marks.
FOR each serving: Place 8 oz. ribs in shallow pan; brush with 1/4 cup Red Onion & Coffee-BBQ Sauce. Bake in 350ºF standard oven 10 min. or until heated through. Serve with 1 grilled onion half and 1 cup potatoes.
