pork and beans (#10 can) 110 oz. 1 each
Cooked beef brisket, medium dice 1 lb. 3-3/4 cups
Cooked boneless pork loin, shredded 1 lb. 2-1/2 cups
smoked sausage, casings removed, medium dice 12 oz. 2-1/2 cups
KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce 20 oz. 2 cups
canned peach halves in juice, drained, medium dice 10 oz. 1-1/4 cups
green peppers, medium dice 5 oz. 1-1/4 cups
yellow onions, medium dice 4 oz. 1 cup
light brown sugar, lightly packed 6.75 oz. 1 cup
barbecue rub seasoning - 2 Tbsp.
sandwich rolls, split - 30 each

Directions

COMBINE all ingredients except rolls in hotel pan or roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, in 250ºF standard oven 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

FOR each serving: Fill 1 roll with 6 oz. meat mixture.

Alternate Cooking Method
Combine ingredients in hotel pan as directed; cook on a smoker grill at 225ºF for 3 hours.
For a Shared Plate
Prepare using 90 slider buns, filling each bun with 2 oz. of the meat mixture.
