Glazed Mushrooms
oil 4 fl oz 1/2 cup
button mushrooms, sliced 3 lb. 3-3/4 qt.
A.1. Original Sauce 13.5 fl oz 1-1/2 cups
Burgers
beef patties (1/3 lb. each) 8 lb. 24 each
Swiss cheese slices (1 oz. each) 1.5 lb. 24 each
kaiser rolls, split - 24 each
A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce 27 fl oz 3 cups

Directions

GLAZED Mushrooms: Heat oil in saute pan. Add mushrooms; saute until golden brown. Stir in steak sauce; cook until sauce is reduced and mushrooms are evenly glazed. Keep warm.

FOR each serving: Grill 1 beef patty to desired doneness. Top with 1 cheese slice; broil until melted. Fill 1 roll with burger, 1/4 cup Glazed Mushrooms and 2 Tbsp. steak sauce.
