kaiser roll, split - 60 rolls
GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce 3 lb. + 12 oz. 2 qt.
roast beef, shaved 11 lb. -
KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice 2 lb. 60 slices


FOR each serving: Spread cut sides of roll with 2 Tbsp. bistro sauce. Cover bottom half of roll with 3 oz. beef and 1 process cheese slice.

BROIL both halves of roll 1 to 2 minutes or until process cheese begins to melt and top half of roll is lightly browned. Cover sandwich with top of roll. Serve immediately.

For more flavor, serve additional 2-Tbsp. portion of bistro sauce in 1-oz. portion cup with each sandwich.
