crushed RITZ Crackers 3 oz. 1-1/4 cups
fresh parsley, chopped - 1/3 cup
butter, melted 5 oz. 1/3 cup
salmon steaks (8 oz. each) 12 lb. 24 each
GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups

Directions

MIX cracker crumbs, parsley and butter until well blended; set aside.

ARRANGE salmon steaks on 1 parchment-lined full sheet pan. (Or, use 1 half-sheet pan for trial recipe.) Top each steak with 1 Tbsp. of the bistro sauce; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. of the crumb mixture.

BAKE at 400°F for 14 to 16 minutes or until topping is golden brown and salmon flakes easily with fork.

TIP
Cracker crumb topping can be prepared ahead of time. For best results, store in refrigerator for no longer than 4 hours before using.
