MIX cracker crumbs, parsley and butter until well blended; set aside.
ARRANGE salmon steaks on 1 parchment-lined full sheet pan. (Or, use 1 half-sheet pan for trial recipe.) Top each steak with 1 Tbsp. of the bistro sauce; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. of the crumb mixture.
BAKE at 400°F for 14 to 16 minutes or until topping is golden brown and salmon flakes easily with fork.
