BOCA Ground Burger, heated 3 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
romaine lettuce, chiffonade 12 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
tomatoes, diced 1.5 lb. 3 cups
KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
corn tortillas (6 inch) 2.75 lb. 48 each
cooked black beans, mashed 6 lb. 3 qt.
CAPRI SUN 100% Juice 6 oz. 9 lb.

Directions

FOR each serving: Place 2 Tbsp. each ground burger and lettuce, 1 Tbsp. tomatoes and 1/2 Tbsp. cheese on each of 2 tortillas; fold in half. Place on plate. Add 1/4 cup beans to plate. Serve with fruit punch.
