Blackened Tuna with Pickled Vegetables and Garlic Aioli

Ingredients Weights Measures
red onions, thinly sliced 1 lb. + 9 oz. 3 qt.
bell peppers, cut into thin strips 1 lb. + 9 oz. 3 qt.
cucumbers, seeded, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices 1 lb. + 9 oz. 3 qt.
rice wine vinegar 3 lb. + 2 oz. 3 cups
Fresh tuna, cut into 3-oz. pieces 18 lb. + 12 oz. 100 each
Cajun seasoning - 3 cups
KRAFT MAYO Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing 1 lb. + 9 oz. 3 cups
garlic powder - 1/2 cup


MARINATE onions, peppers and cucumbers in vinegar.

MEANWHILE, coat tuna with Cajun seasoning. Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until tuna flakes easily with fork.

MIX dressing and garlic powder. Drain vegetables; discard marinade.

FOR each serving: Place 3/4 cup of the vegetable mixture on each serving plate. Top with 2 (3-oz.) tuna pieces; drizzle with 1 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture.
