Fresh tuna fillets, butterflied 12 lb. + 8 oz. each
Cajun seasoning - cups
PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened 1 lb. + 8 oz. cups
balsamic vinegar 1 lb. cups
Whole-grain submarine rolls, split 9 lb. + 8 oz. each
leaf lettuce leaves 1 lb. + 8 oz. each
Beefsteak tomatoes, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices 4 lb. + 12 oz. slices
OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon (18 to 22 count), cooked, drained 12 oz. slices

Directions

PREHEAT grill . Coat tuna with seasoning. Grill 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until tuna flakes easily .

MIX cream cheese and vinegar until well blended.

FOR each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp. of the Neufchatel mixture evenly onto cut surfaces of roll. Place lettuce leaf, 1 tuna fillet, 2 tomato slices and 1 bacon slice on bottom half of roll; cover with top of roll. Serve immediately.

TIP
Neufchatel mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 days.
