"BLT" Quiche

"BLT" Quiche

9 (9-inch) quiches, 6 servings each

Ingredients

unbaked 9-inch pastry shells - 9 each
MIRACLE WHIP Dressing 2 lb. + 4 oz. 1 qt.
flour 4-1/2 oz. 1 cup
eggs, beaten 2 lb. + 4 oz. 18 each
milk 2 lb. + 4 oz. 4-1/2 cups
Swiss cheese, shredded 3 lb. + 8 oz. 3-3/4 qt.
frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry 1 lb. 3-1/2 cups
OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak, cooked, crumbled 9 oz. 3 cups
Medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped 1 lb. 2-1/4 cups

Directions

BAKE pastry shells at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven; cool slightly.

MEANWHILE, mix salad dressing and flour in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add eggs and milk; mix well. Add cheese, spinach, bacon and tomatoes; mix well.

POUR 2-1/2 cups of the filling into each shell.

BAKE at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes or until filling is set in center and crusts are golden brown.

TIP
Filling can be prepared the day ahead. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. When needed, stir to mix the ingredients, pour into pastry shells and bake as directed.
