pizza sauce 4 lb. 2 qt.
red peppers, julienned, sauteed 1 lb. 1 qt.
yellow peppers, julienned, sauteed 1 lb. 1 qt.
green peppers, julienned, sauteed 1 lb. 1 qt.
button mushrooms, halved, sauteed 1 lb. 1 qt.
fresh spinach, cooked 4 oz. 1 qt.
BOCA Ground Burger 2 lb. 2 qt.
KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture 1 lb. + 5.3 oz. 1 qt. + 1-1/3 cups

Directions

FOR each serving: Roll and stretch 1 ball of pizza dough into 12-inch oval on lightly floured surface. Place in parchment-lined half-sheet pan.

SPREAD with 1/2 cup pizza sauce; top with 1/4 cup of each vegetable, 1/2 cup ground burger and 1/3 cup cheese.

BAKE in 400ºF standard oven 10 to 12 min. or until toppings are heated through and cheese is melted.
