Ingredients

chicken, cooked, chopped 1 lb. + 2 oz. 3 cups
BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted 1 lb. + 2 oz. 2 cups
MIRACLE WHIP Dressing 3 oz. 1/3 cup
slivered almonds , toasted 1-1/2 oz. 1/3 cup
raisins 1-1/2 oz. 1/3 cup
sugar - 1 Tbsp.
curry powder - 1 tsp.
Mixed salad greens 12 oz. 2 cups
pita breads, cut in half - 6 each

Directions

MIX chicken, coconut, salad dressing, almonds, raisins, sugar and curry powder.

FOR each serving: Fill each pita half with about 2 Tbsp. salad greens and 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture. Serve immediately.

TIP
To add crunch to the sandwich, add 1/2 cup chopped apple to each serving of the prepared chicken salad.
Chicken salad can be stored in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 days.
