BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted - -
MIRACLE WHIP Dressing - -
slivered almonds , toasted - -
raisins - -
sugar - -
curry powder - -
Mixed salad greens - -
pita breads, cut in half - -


MIX chicken, coconut, salad dressing, almonds, raisins, sugar and curry powder.

FOR each serving: Fill each pita half with about 2 Tbsp. salad greens and 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture. Serve immediately.

To add crunch to the sandwich, add 1/2 cup chopped apple to each serving of the prepared chicken salad.
Chicken salad can be stored in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 days.
