Breakfast Pita Pizza

butter 5 oz. 3/4 cup
turkey ham, chopped 2 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/4 qt.
ham, chopped 2 lb. + 8 oz. -
green onions, sliced 5 oz. 1-1/4 cups
eggs 5 lb. 80 each
non-pocket style whole wheat pita breads (6 inch) 5 lb. 40 each
KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred 2 lb. + 8 oz. 2-1/2 qt.


MELT butter on flat grill (or use 6-inch skillet for trial recipe). Add turkey ham and onions; cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Add eggs; cook and stir until just scrambled, leaving eggs slightly undercooked. Keep warm.

FOR each serving: Spread 1/2 cup egg mixture onto 1 pita; sprinkle with 1/4 cup process cheese. Bake in 300°F-convection oven 15 min. or until pizza is heated through and lightly browned.
