FOR each serving: Crumble 1 brownie. Place 1/2 of the brownie pieces in bottom of 10-oz. parfait glass; top with layers of 1/2 cup ice cream, remaining brownie pieces and 1 Tbsp. of the fudge topping; top with additional 1/2 cup ice cream and additional 1 Tbsp. fudge topping. Garnish with cherry. Serve immediately.
