Brownie with OREO®

 
Yield:
64 servings, 1 brownie each

Ingredients

brownie mix 6 lb. 1 box
OREO Pieces-Medium 8 oz. 2 cups

Directions

PREPARE brownie batter as directed on package.

POUR evenly into parchment-lined full sheet pan (or parchment lined quarter sheet pan for trial recipe). Sprinkle evenly with OREO Pieces; press pieces gently into batter.

BAKE as directed on package until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 3x2-inch brownies.

TIP
Before cutting brownies, run metal spatula along edges of pan to loosen sides. Turn brownie sheet upside down onto similarly sized sheet pan; peel off parchment paper and discard. Return brownie sheet to original pan, right side up. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut as directed.
