GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard 3 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3-1/2 cups
boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz.) 18 lb. 72 each
Cajun seasoning 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
croissants (4 oz.), split in half - 72 each
OSCAR MAYER Fast Prep Precooked Bacon 2 lb. + 4 oz. 144 slices
Leaf lettuce leaves 2 lb. + 4 oz. 72 each
tomatoes, sliced 13 lb. + 8 oz. 36 each

Directions

MIX mustard and mayonnaise until well blended. Set aside

RUB chicken with Cajun seasoning. Preheat grill to medium/high; cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170°F).

FOR each serving: Spread cut sides of each croissant with 1 Tbsp. of the mustard mixture.

PLACE 1 chicken breast, 2 bacon slices, 1 lettuce leaf and 3 tomato slices on bottom half of croissant; cover with top half of croissant. Cut crosswise in half to serve. Secure each half with 4-inch frilled toothpick.

TIP
For a more distinct horseradish flavor, substitute 2-1/4 qt. GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce (or 1/4 cup for trial recipe) for yellow mustard mixture.
