MAXWELL HOUSE Caffeinated Coffee Instant 1 oz. 1/2 cup
milk 7 lb. 3-1/2 quarts
JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding 1 lb. + 12 oz. 1 bag
prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping, divided 3 lb. 1-1/2 gal.
Unsweetened cocoa 1-3/4 oz. 1/2 cup

Directions

PLACE instant coffee and milk in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed 15 seconds or until coffee is dissolved. Add pudding mix; beat 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. Spoon 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture into each of 42 parfait glasses (or 6 parfait glasses for trial recipe).

ADD 3 quarts of the whipped topping (or 1-1/2 cups for trial recipe) to remaining pudding mixture; stir gently until well blended.

SPOON 1/2 cup of the whipped topping mixture over pudding layer in each glass. Top each with dollop of the remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle lightly with cocoa.

For Vanilla Cappuccino Parfaits, prepare as directed substituting JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding for the chocolate pudding.
